Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered
• Previous experience in a school setting a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for fostering communication and language development in students

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy to students in individual or group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams for student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
• Provide consultations, strategies, and resources to school staff
