Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered
- Previous experience in a school setting a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for fostering communication and language development in students
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy to students in individual or group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams for student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
- Provide consultations, strategies, and resources to school staff
