Qualifications and Desired Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organization abilities
  • Adept at collaborating in multidisciplinary settings and developing tailored IEPs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans aligned with each student’s needs
  • Work with students individually and in group settings to improve communication skills
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and progress updates
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and administrators to ensure student success
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance with documentation and reporting requirements
