What you'll bring to the team:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP license in Maine or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with school-based IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state/federal guidelines
• Supervise or mentor SLPAs or CFs, as appropriate
• Provide consultative support and in-classroom strategies to educators
• Attend IEP and team meetings, contributing your expertise to student planning
