A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide services in a K-12 school setting located in Oroville, CA. This contract position covers a 3-month leave and is available for the current school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy to students from kindergarten through grade 12.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and report on student outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide communication initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Proven experience working with K-12 students in a school environment.
- Strong assessment and intervention skills for speech and language disorders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage caseload effectively and adapt to varied student needs.
