Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Current state licensure, or eligibility to obtain
  • Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized educational programs

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and evaluate student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to support student goals
  • Maintain documentation, progress records, and IEP meeting participation
  • Adapt therapy materials and strategies to engage students at various skill levels
