Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state license (or eligibility for licensure) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with varied needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
- Provide engaging therapy sessions that target specific speech and language challenges
- Monitor progress closely and keep accurate, detailed documentation for each student
- Work closely with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Educate, involve, and support families throughout the therapeutic process
