Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans designed to achieve measurable improvements
- Providing engaging therapy sessions that target speech and language objectives
- Tracking and thoroughly documenting student progress throughout the intervention process
- Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of educators and specialists to ensure cohesive, coordinated care
- Partnering with families, equipping them with strategies and knowledge to support their child’s communication at home
Qualified candidates will have:
- A Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Preferably, a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations, highly preferred
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Proven capacity to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team
