Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans designed to achieve measurable improvements
• Providing engaging therapy sessions that target speech and language objectives
• Tracking and thoroughly documenting student progress throughout the intervention process
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of educators and specialists to ensure cohesive, coordinated care
• Partnering with families, equipping them with strategies and knowledge to support their child’s communication at home

Qualified candidates will have:

• A Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active or eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Preferably, a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations, highly preferred
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Proven capacity to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team
