Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Oroville, CA

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active state license (or eligibility for licensure) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with varied needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
• Provide engaging therapy sessions that target specific speech and language challenges
• Monitor progress closely and keep accurate, detailed documentation for each student
• Work closely with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Educate, involve, and support families throughout the therapeutic process
