In this position, you will:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations for students presenting with a diverse array of speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that cater to each student’s unique strengths and challenges
  • Lead focused therapy sessions aimed at achieving specific speech and language milestones
  • Meticulously monitor and document student progress, ensuring data-driven treatment adjustments
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team—including teachers, counselors, and parents—to coordinate holistic care
  • Communicate and educate families, involving them as vital partners in each child’s therapy process

Requirements for consideration:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Maintain current state licensure or be eligible for licensure
  • Preferably hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-age populations is highly desirable
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess the ability to thrive both autonomously and as a member of a collaborative team

To qualify, candidates must have an active license from the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology in the respective state and a Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
