Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent discipline
  • Active state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLPA in Minnesota
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong consideration for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly desirable
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms or willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and students
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Enthusiasm for working with a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments and direct speech/language therapy services to students
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to best support students’ IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate records of progress, treatment plans, and evaluations
  • Adapt therapy methods to individual student needs, utilizing in-person and/or teletherapy sessions
  • Offer guidance, training, and support to staff and families as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student success
  • Foster an encouraging and inclusive therapy environment
