Qualifications & Experience:
- Active state licensure appropriate for SLP or SLPA roles
- Experience in school settings, teletherapy, or healthcare preferred
- CCC-SLP or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous work with diverse student populations a plus
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage caseloads of students needing speech and language services
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs)
- Conduct both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) sessions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with district and state requirements
