Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Active state licensure as an SLP, or SLPA certification
  • Previous work in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Ability to work with diverse students individually and in groups
  • Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
  • Experience with teletherapy platforms is valued

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in person and/or virtually
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
  • Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff as needed
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines
