A unique opportunity is available for two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to make a real impact in elementary and middle school settings for the upcoming academic year. This contract position spans from September 8, 2026, through June 10, 2027, offering consistency and fulfillment throughout the entire school year. Serving a diverse caseload of approximately 30-45 students, you'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and specialists to help students thrive both academically and socially.

Your schedule will be 37.5 hours a week, supporting students at Palmer Lake Elementary as well as Brooklyn and Maple Grove Middle Schools. One role is designated as .8 FTE in the elementary setting, and the other as 1.0 FTE spanning two middle schools, providing variety and valuable experience at different developmental stages.

Qualifications & Required Experience:

  • Active Tier 3 or Tier 4 SLP license, in addition to a valid school SLP license
  • Credentials as an SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Prior work as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver targeted speech therapy interventions in one-on-one and group formats
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services
