A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the upcoming school year, focusing on meaningful impact within a collaborative setting. The assignment spans from September 8, 2026, through June 10, 2027, offering a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) and the chance to work with a diverse caseload of 30–45 students.
This position centers on providing exceptional speech and language services in middle school settings. Both experienced SLPs with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply, as supervisory support is readily available. Candidates must hold a Tier 3 or 4 SLP license along with the required school-specific credential.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active Tier 3 or 4 SLP license plus SLP school licensure (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) preferred, but not required
- New graduates/Clinical Fellows also considered; supervision provided
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is an advantage
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech therapy services for a caseload of 30–45 middle school students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student growth
- Maintain accurate records and provide progress updates
- Participate in IEP meetings and support multidisciplinary teams
