Step into a dynamic school-based setting supporting students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract opportunity is ideal for both experienced clinicians with CCCs and clinical fellows seeking a supportive environment as they launch their careers. Partner with engaged educators and make a measurable impact in the lives of children from August 25, 2026, (students begin September 8) through June 10, 2027.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Minnesota SLP license (must provide a PDF of your valid certification)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
  • Previous K-12 experience a plus, but not required
  • Commitment to collaborative, student-centered practice

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a diverse student caseload in an onsite school setting
  • Develop, implement, and track IEP goals in accordance with district guidelines
  • Conduct thorough speech-language assessments and produce clear, actionable written reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and progress updates to multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Maintain meticulous documentation ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to foster an inclusive, communicative learning environment
