Key Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota SLP license (must provide a PDF of your valid certification)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
- Previous K-12 experience a plus, but not required
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered practice
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a diverse student caseload in an onsite school setting
- Develop, implement, and track IEP goals in accordance with district guidelines
- Conduct thorough speech-language assessments and produce clear, actionable written reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and progress updates to multidisciplinary teams and families
- Maintain meticulous documentation ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to foster an inclusive, communicative learning environment
