What You’ll Bring:

  • Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist License and professional certification (CCC-SLP).
  • Solid understanding of school-based SLP practices and evidence-based interventions.
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings, with preference for middle school involvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, families, and educators.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted speech-language assessments, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring for middle school students.
  • Develop and implement IEPs, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and participate in student support meetings.
  • Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language services across classrooms and resource settings.
  • Partner with teaching staff, families, and support personnel to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and adaptation of speech-language programs.
