Speech Language Pathologist in Osseo, MN

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication and learning needs in a collaborative and inclusive school environment. This full-time, onsite role is perfect for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist ready to make a difference during the 2026–2027 academic year. Candidates with their Clinical Fellowship (CF) are encouraged to apply and will find strong support for professional growth.

You’ll work Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week, from late August through early June, serving a diverse caseload and contributing to students’ success in the classroom and beyond. Your expertise will be vital in developing and implementing individualized education plans, delivering therapy, and working closely with educational teams.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Minnesota SLP license (required; PDF copy must be provided)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Solid knowledge of school-based assessments, interventions, and documentation
• New graduates in their Clinical Fellowship (CF) year are welcome; mentorship available
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct and consultative services to students
• Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences
• Educate and support families and staff regarding students’ communication needs
