Required Skills and Experience:
- Current licensure as an SLP in the state of New Hampshire (or ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience in a school environment strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs and evaluation data
- Maintain accurate records and documentation according to district and regulatory guidelines
- Consult and coordinate with classroom teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and related staff development activities
- Deliver services in both individual and group settings according to student requirements
As part of this contract position, you'll work between 30-35 hours per week, fully immersed in a collaborative school community dedicated to student success.
