This contract position offers flexibility, with both in-person and virtual options available. In this role, you'll serve two schools located conveniently on the same campus, offering your expertise one day per week for around 12-15 hours. You'll directly impact 12 students—six at the middle-school level and six in high school—helping each reach their communication goals.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Prior experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Ability to independently manage a small student caseload across multiple age groups
  • Strong organizational skills and capacity for maintaining detailed documentation
  • Comfortable using teletherapy platforms (if interested in virtual hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for middle and high school students with varying speech and language needs
  • Deliver speech therapy services one day per week, either on campus or virtually
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to share progress and recommendations
  • Track objectives, maintain accurate records, and complete required documentation in a timely fashion
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights for student growth
