Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP for school-based services
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or strong CFY candidates considered
- Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of speech and language disorders
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with IEP teams
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services individually and in small groups
- Maintain accurate and timely student records and required documentation
- Provide consultative support and effective collaboration with teachers and families
- Engage in school team meetings, contributing your expertise to support student success
