Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP (CCC, CFY) or SLPA
  • Experience working with pediatric or school populations (K-8 preferred)
  • Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and communication development
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and multidisciplinary teams
  • Solid organizational and caseload management abilities
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 50 K-8th grade students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s communication goals
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with educational and clinical standards
  • Engage in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to team decisions
