Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP (CCC, CFY) or SLPA
- Experience working with pediatric or school populations (K-8 preferred)
- Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and communication development

- Solid organizational and caseload management abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50 K-8th grade students with diverse speech and language needs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s communication goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with educational and clinical standards
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to team decisions
