Applicants should bring a deep understanding of speech-language pathology, passion for student success, and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. Both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligible Clinical Fellows (CFY)
  • Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for students PreK-12
  • Design and deliver evidence-based therapy to address articulation, language, fluency, and social-pragmatic needs
  • Develop and monitor progress on IEP goals in collaboration with educators and parents
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes as required by school policies
  • Participate in team meetings, consultations, and ongoing professional development
  • Serve as an approachable resource for staff and parents, offering strategies and support
