Key Qualifications:

  • Valid, active State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF)
  • Experience and proficiency with AAC devices and strategies
  • Previous experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
  • Comfortable engaging in teletherapy sessions when needed
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • CCC certification is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to begin promptly with rapid interview and offer process

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to elementary students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans, focusing on student strengths and growth areas
  • Implement AAC interventions and ensure effective student communication support
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate inclusive educational experiences
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation as required by school policies
  • Leverage both in-person and virtual platforms to ensure continuity of services
