Step into a dynamic, full-time contract role supporting elementary-aged students from Pre-K through 5th grade for the upcoming academic year, starting August 14, 2025, and continuing through May 22, 2026. Located in a welcoming community near Owasso, OK, this position centers around delivering speech and language therapy to a manageable caseload of approximately 50 students, all within a single school building. You’ll also benefit from working alongside a dedicated part-time SLPA, allowing for collaboration and shared service delivery.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current CCC-SLP or eligibility for CFY
  • Active or eligible state licensure as an SLP
  • Experience in school settings preferred, with a strong foundation in child language development
  • Familiarity with pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, parents, and educators

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services to assigned caseload, tracking and reporting progress regularly
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for each student
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Mentor and provide guidance to the part-time SLPA, ensuring coordinated care
  • Collaborate actively with teachers and support staff to integrate strategies into the classroom setting
