Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or related field)
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates welcome
- Pediatric and school-based SLP experience desirable
- Strong communication, flexibility, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to Pre-K-5th grade students (approximately 50 on caseload)
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and set functional goals
- Collaborate with a part-time SLPA to maximize therapy outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success
- Maintain thorough documentation of services provided
