Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent education required
  • Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Experience working in school-based SLP positions or with pediatric populations is valued, but not mandatory
  • Willingness to provide both direct and indirect services to K-12 learners
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy for students across elementary to high school grade levels
  • Maintain thorough documentation, participate in IEP meetings, and communicate effectively with families and school teams
  • Deliver services onsite per established caseload requirements
  • Adapt interventions to meet a variety of student needs and learning styles
