Desired Background and Experience:

• Current SLP-CCC certification required
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
• Familiarity with educational assessments, IEP development, and implementation
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Adaptable, collaborative, and student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech/language screenings and comprehensive evaluations for students across grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services onsite; virtual placements possible as the start date approaches
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with school and district guidelines
• Serve as a resource by participating in multidisciplinary meetings and parent conferences
