You’ll collaborate with an onsite facilitator, who will offer hands-on support, ensuring smooth implementation of services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current CCC from ASHA (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Valid State Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working within school settings, including knowledge of IEP processes
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable providing services both individually and in small groups
- Familiarity with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adolescents
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide written progress reports
- Utilize the support of the onsite facilitator to enhance service provision and student engagement
