What We’re Seeking:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCC credentials
- Experience in school-based settings with diverse student populations (K-12)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and staff
- Ability to develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with a multi-disciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities and develop customized therapy plans
- Deliver direct and consultative services to students in classrooms and individual sessions
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings with accuracy and professionalism
- Provide guidance and strategies to teachers and families, supporting student growth and success
- Collaborate daily with the onsite facilitator, utilizing their support for hands-on activities and smooth session management
