You’ll collaborate with an onsite facilitator, who will offer hands-on support, ensuring smooth implementation of services.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current CCC from ASHA (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Valid State Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience working within school settings, including knowledge of IEP processes
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable providing services both individually and in small groups
  • Familiarity with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adolescents

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide written progress reports
  • Utilize the support of the onsite facilitator to enhance service provision and student engagement
