Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Previous experience with pediatric or elementary school populations preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based therapy documentation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, in collaboration with educators and families
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services, both individually and in small groups
- Maintain thorough records and progress reports aligned with school guidelines and legal requirements
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise in speech-language development
- Support student growth through engaging, evidence-based interventions and creative therapy activities
