Make a positive impact working as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students in Grades K–12. This contract opportunity offers the chance to engage with learners across multiple grade levels, helping them reach their full communication potential in an educational setting.
Qualifications:
- Valid and current SLP license
- Experience working with children in Grades K–5, 6–8, and 9–12
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with educators, families, and students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and screenings to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to students’ unique abilities and goals
- Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, progress, and assessments
- Collaborate with teachers and educational personnel to integrate support in the classroom
- Consult with families to ensure continuity of care and appropriate carryover of strategies at home
- Attend relevant meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development as required
