Grades 6 - 8 Grades 9 - 12 Speech Language Pathologist in Owosso, MI

Qualifications:

• Valid and current SLP license
• Experience working with children in Grades K–5, 6–8, and 9–12
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with educators, families, and students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and screenings to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to students’ unique abilities and goals
• Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, progress, and assessments
• Collaborate with teachers and educational personnel to integrate support in the classroom
• Consult with families to ensure continuity of care and appropriate carryover of strategies at home
• Attend relevant meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development as required
