Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience working in schools or with children preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • Ability to provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain detailed records

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy sessions
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor, document, and report on student progress, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team planning sessions
