What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license (CCC required)
  • Experience in school settings, particularly early childhood or preschool, preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with staff, students, and families
  • Strong organizational abilities for managing therapy plans, documentation, and scheduling
  • Willingness and ability to work fully onsite throughout the assignment

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to preschool and early childhood students
  • Collaborate with teachers, aides, and administrators to support students’ progress in the classroom
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and maintain thorough documentation
  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and progress
  • Consult and communicate with families to support carryover of skills at home
  • Attend team and IEP meetings as needed
