Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, and SLPAs encouraged to apply
- California state licensure or eligibility
- Experience in K-12 school settings and/or pediatric healthcare
- Strong understanding of delivering both in-person and teletherapy interventions
- Ability to tailor therapy for diverse student populations, spanning mild to severe needs
- Confidence managing IEP documentation and related administrative duties
- Effective communication with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech-language services, including direct and compensatory sessions in individual and group settings
- Develop, implement, and document individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals and timelines
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other staff to optimize student progress
- Maintain timely, accurate records to support compliance and program accountability
- Embrace flexibility—delivering services on campus or via teletherapy based on student requirements
- Support and mentor SLPA team members as needed
