Pediatric Speech Pathology - Oxnard, CA

Qualifications & Skills:

• Active or pending California SLP license required
• Experience with IEPs and previous school-based practice preferred, but not required
• Credentials such as SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcomed
• Versatility in SLP roles including healthcare, pediatrics, and telepractice a plus
• Comfort supervising or collaborating with SLPAs also valuable

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for a varied caseload of middle and high school students
• Participate in IEP meetings, develop individualized treatment plans, and communicate effectively with educators and families
• Utilize evidence-based practices, collaborate on multidisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation
• Support virtual (teletherapy) or onsite therapy services as assigned
