Qualifications & Skills:
- Active or pending California SLP license required
- Experience with IEPs and previous school-based practice preferred, but not required
- Credentials such as SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcomed
- Versatility in SLP roles including healthcare, pediatrics, and telepractice a plus
- Comfort supervising or collaborating with SLPAs also valuable
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for a varied caseload of middle and high school students
- Participate in IEP meetings, develop individualized treatment plans, and communicate effectively with educators and families
- Utilize evidence-based practices, collaborate on multidisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation
- Support virtual (teletherapy) or onsite therapy services as assigned
