Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active or pending state SLP license is required
• Credentials such as CCC or CFY welcomed
• Background in teletherapy, healthcare, pediatrics, or school-based SLP, as well as SLPA experience, is advantageous
• Previous school or IEP-related experience is preferred, though not mandatory
• Passion for supporting diverse student needs and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a middle and high school caseload, providing both direct and indirect speech and language services
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and monitor student progress throughout the school year
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to create effective intervention strategies
• Maintain documentation, participate in IEP meetings, and uphold high standards of ethical and professional practice
• Deliver services five days a week, adhering to district schedules and guidelines
