Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and progress updates
  • Maintain accurate documentation and student records in compliance with school and district guidelines
  • Deliver both small group and individual therapy, adjusting interventions as needed
