Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and progress updates
- Maintain accurate documentation and student records in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Deliver both small group and individual therapy, adjusting interventions as needed
