School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Oxnard, California

This contract position begins immediately and offers a consistent, full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
• Previous experience in a school setting, ideally with high school-aged students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive environment for diverse learners

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Deliver direct and indirect SLP services as outlined in students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and achievement
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of measurable student goals
• Implement evidence-based interventions and modify as necessary to meet each student’s unique needs
