We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based opportunity near Oxnard, California for the 2026–2027 academic year. Position Overview

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Location: Near Oxnard, CA

• School Year: 2026–2027

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

• Setting: School-Based

• Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings and support student success across educational settings

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active California SLP license and credential required

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.53 to $67.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
