Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students’ strengths and areas for growth
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to each student's unique needs
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services within the school environment
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary IEP teams to ensure comprehensive support
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
Qualifications Sought:
- Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification, or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in school or pediatric settings is advantageous, but not required for the right candidate
- Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
