Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students’ strengths and areas for growth
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to each student's unique needs
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services within the school environment
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary IEP teams to ensure comprehensive support
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines

Qualifications Sought:

  • Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
  • Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification, or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience in school or pediatric settings is advantageous, but not required for the right candidate
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment that supports student achievement
