School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Oxon Hill, Maryland

You will play a vital role in designing and delivering individualized services, supporting each student's unique journey. The work involves close collaboration with educational staff and families to create an inclusive, supportive environment for students' growth and success.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Current Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification, or eligibility to obtain
• School-based or pediatric experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students across grades K-12
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Work in partnership with teachers, family members, and interdisciplinary IEP teams to support student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
