Position Overview

As a school-based SLP, you'll provide comprehensive speech and language services to students across a K-12 caseload while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy and consultative speech-language services
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state requirements

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification, or eligibility to obtain
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
