Soliant is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a school-based contract position in the Oxon Hill area. This role offers a competitive hourly rate and a caseload that will be finalized over the summer.

Position Overview:

• School year: 2026–2027
• 1 full-time OT opening
• Caseload: To be determined over the summer
• Interviews begin in May
• Onsite only
• School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students
• Support evaluation, IEP development, and goal implementation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Maintain documentation and compliance with district/state requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred

Experience & Education:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Prior pediatric or school-based experience preferred

Work Hours:

• Full-time school schedule (approx. 37.5–40 hours/week)

Employment Type:

• Contract - W2

Compensation:

• $50+ (avg is $54/hour depends on years of experience)
