Qualifications:
- Active Maryland SLP License required
- Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification (or eligibility)
- School-based or pediatric experience is a plus, but not essential
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals
- Provide both direct and consultative services to students
- Work closely with teachers, families, and IEP teams to support student success
