Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by providing expert speech and language services throughout the academic year. Work with transitional kindergarten through 6th-grade students, supporting their communication skills to help them thrive in the classroom and beyond. This full-time contract position offers a rich, multi-year experience, covering the 2025/26 and 2026/27 school years, with service beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 11, 2026. There is also an opportunity to extend your impact over the summer session from June 17 to July 17, 2026, and into the next school year starting August 5, 2026.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Current California licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of assessment and therapy for articulation, language deficits, and AAC devices
  • Passion for serving students with a range of mild to moderate disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in TK-6th grades across two school sites
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans addressing articulation, language, and AAC needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student goals and communication progress
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Provide direct and consultative services while adapting strategies to meet varied student needs
