What we’re looking for:

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant certification
  • Experience in school-based environments or working with pediatric populations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families
  • Knowledge of a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Enthusiasm for supporting diverse learners
  • Ability to adapt interventions creatively within the school framework

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist SLPs in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Conduct group and individual therapy sessions under SLP supervision
  • Collect data and document student progress in accordance with school protocols
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families to support student needs
  • Help create a positive and engaging therapy environment
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school activities as needed
