Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students with diverse abilities in a vibrant school community. We are seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to begin as soon as possible—one fully licensed SLP and one position open to either a licensed SLP or a Clinical Fellow (CF), both for in-person work on campus.

Your expertise will help transform students’ communication abilities, facilitating growth in their academic and personal lives. As a key part of a collaborative, supportive team, you will provide crucial services to children who require mild to extensive support, making a meaningful difference every day.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid state SLP license required for at least one position; consideration for Clinical Fellows (CF) for the second position
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience in pediatric and/or school settings highly desirable
  • Strong skills in teletherapy, evaluation, and individualized treatment planning, though services are delivered in-person
  • Expertise working with students with a range of disabilities and support needs
  • Effective communicator committed to collaboration with educators and families

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary students on campus
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary IEP teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Engage and educate families and staff to generalize skills beyond therapy sessions
  • Stay current with best practices and continue professional development
