Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Current or pending SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to obtain
  • Pediatric and school-based therapy experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of the IEP process and best practices in educational speech therapy
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Recent graduates (CFY) are encouraged to apply

What You'll Do:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students in collaboration with educators and families
  • Deliver services both in-person and through teletherapy, as needed
  • Complete comprehensive evaluations and maintain accurate, timely documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Monitor student progress, adapt interventions, and provide ongoing support within the school setting
