Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Paicines, CA

As a full-time team member over the 186-day academic calendar, you will collaborate with educators and families to create supportive learning experiences for students throughout the school district. Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• California SLP License or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification, or CFY status for new graduates
• Passion and commitment to working with K-12 students
• Effective communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy to students in the district
• Work closely with general and special education staff, as well as families, to ensure student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate student records and documentation
• Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing professional development
• Adapt services to meet the unique needs of each student and school community
