Key Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience in a school setting preferred, but open to talented clinicians from other environments
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to therapy

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students with a variety of communication needs
• Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
• Design and deliver engaging therapeutic activities to foster student growth
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support each child’s academic success
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and legal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the broader educational community
