This full-time, onsite position runs from September 2 through June 25, with a schedule of 7:45 am to 3:20 pm. Work alongside a collaborative and multidisciplinary educational staff to make a meaningful impact on student communication and learning outcomes.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and develop rapport with students, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students across K-12 grades
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Provide support for both onsite and, if required, teletherapy services
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
