Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Palatine, IL

You’ll enjoy guaranteed hours and receive pay for both direct therapy and indirect services, with no requirement to participate in additional district tasks like bus or parent pickup duty. Travel therapists may also qualify for stipends.

Requirements and desired qualifications include:

• Valid Speech Language Pathology certification: CCC or CFY accepted
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience providing services in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to serve K-12 students across a district
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct and indirect services according to student IEPs
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote student progress
• Complete required documentation in compliance with district policies
