Step into a pivotal role supporting students around West Palm Beach, FL as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF). We’re seeking energetic, dedicated professionals looking to launch their clinical fellowship in a dynamic school environment for the 2026-2027 academic year. This is a contract, full-time (35 hours/week) in-person assignment spanning multiple school locations—with opportunities to build a full-time schedule from varied site assignments across the county.

With supervision from experienced SLP-CCCs, SLP-CFs are empowered to gain valuable expertise working with a diverse student population. Caseloads, age groups, and weekly schedules will vary based on campus assignments, including general education, ASD, PreK, ESE, or InD settings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s and master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Florida provisional SLP License (from Dept. of Health)
  • Not accepting SLPAs (separate roles available for SLP-CCCs)
  • Candidates must complete all time-sensitive credentialing, including state-mandated fingerprinting and AHCA clearinghouse verification
  • Ability to work onsite at assigned campuses (virtual not available)
  • Participation in an internal eligibility and video interview process

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
  • Support students’ communication, social, and academic goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Collaborate with supervising SLP-CCCs, educators, and families
  • Adapt strategies to meet individualized student needs
