Positions are available at a range of campuses, with caseloads including middle and high school students, and some specialized settings supporting ASD, EBD, or InD units. Assignments range from independent roles to being part of collaborative teams with other SLPs and SLPAs, offering professional growth and variety. Caseloads and school pairings will be matched to your interests, experience, and availability.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP-CCC and current State of Florida SLP licensure
  • School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
  • Must complete required fingerprinting as part of credentialing
  • Flexible, professional, and proactive communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to assigned student caseloads
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with school-based teams, parents, and service providers to maximize student success
  • Adapt to multiple school buildings as needed (typically 1-2 sites per assignment)
  • Participate in team meetings, data reviews, and required training

Enjoy working on a contract basis with a consistent 35-hour workweek (full-time), Monday through Friday. Begin as early as August, or choose an assignment start to match your schedule.
