Pierce Central High School (high school, full-time, SLPA support onsite), Tradition Lakes (grades 4-8, part-time with option to combine for full-time, SLP colleague onsite), Palm Pointe K-8 (K-8, multiple ASD units, full-time or 4 days/week), Allapattah Flats PK-8 (1st-4th and InD, full-time, strong SLP team), and St Lucie West K-8 (middle school gen ed, ASD, EBD, full-time, SLP colleague onsite). Some assignments include coverage for maternity leaves.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Florida SLP license required
• Experience in school-based speech therapy settings preferred
• Will consider strong Clinical Fellows with on-site SLP supervision
• Dedicated to serving diverse student populations
• Must complete district credentialing, including fingerprinting (pull available from AHCA clearinghouse if applicable)
• Ability to attend onsite for pre-start orientation/badge pickup

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech/language/social communication disorders in assigned caseload
• Work collaboratively with educators, other SLPs, and support staff
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain thorough documentation
• Engage with students and families to support educational progress
