Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders
  • Design and implement customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs
  • Facilitate engaging therapy sessions focused on speech and language objectives
  • Track, monitor, and document student progress with accuracy and clarity
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate wraparound support
  • Provide guidance and education to families, enhancing their involvement in each child’s therapy plan

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active (or eligible for) state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues
  • Capable of balancing independent work and team collaboration

Additional Requirements:

  • Must hold active licensure granted by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology
  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology is mandatory
