Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders
- Design and implement customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Facilitate engaging therapy sessions focused on speech and language objectives
- Track, monitor, and document student progress with accuracy and clarity
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate wraparound support
- Provide guidance and education to families, enhancing their involvement in each child’s therapy plan
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active (or eligible for) state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues
- Capable of balancing independent work and team collaboration
Additional Requirements:
- Must hold active licensure granted by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology is mandatory
