This role is ideal for candidates who hold, or are eligible for, the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and for Clinical Fellows seeking supervision and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes
- Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions aligned with IEP goals
- Track, monitor, and carefully document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and other therapy professionals to support student success
- Educate and involve families in strategies to carry over learning and progress
- Participate fully in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active, state-approved license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- New graduates (CFY) encouraged to apply – supervision available
- Prior experience or strong interest in working with pediatric/school-aged populations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to work independently and as a valued member of a collaborative team
