Responsibilities include:
- Conduct in-depth evaluations of students with speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
- Facilitate therapy sessions aimed at achieving meaningful speech and language milestones
- Monitor progress and maintain thorough, accurate documentation for each student
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care
- Involve families in the therapy process through education and engagement
Desired qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capacity to work both independently and as an integral team member
- Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for approval
