A welcoming educational environment is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist skilled in pediatric and school-based services to make a real impact on campus. This in-person position offers the chance to help students achieve their communication goals while working closely with a collaborative team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students, including those with Autism
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to support student progress
  • Conduct screenings and re-evaluations to monitor growth and modify goals as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with school and professional standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary student teams
  • Remain flexible regarding service delivery in accordance with evolving campus needs (including coordination with SLPA support)

Qualifications to Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
  • Valid California SLP license or eligibility
  • Experience with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
  • Strong familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder and evidence-based communication interventions
  • Comfort working exclusively on-site in a school-based environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
