What You’ll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students, including those with Autism
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to support student progress
- Conduct screenings and re-evaluations to monitor growth and modify goals as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with school and professional standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary student teams
- Remain flexible regarding service delivery in accordance with evolving campus needs (including coordination with SLPA support)
Qualifications to Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility
- Experience with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
- Strong familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder and evidence-based communication interventions
- Comfort working exclusively on-site in a school-based environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
